General
Added hero banning to Standard Mode and Street Brawl. You can now select one hero in your roster screen (using middle click) to tell the matchmaker that you prefer to avoid that hero. When the game starts, it will tell you which heroes were banned. We are doing just 2 total bans for now. This does not affect new heroes in the initial release window.
Parties of 3+ players now need to have an additional hero in their roster (from 3 to 4)
Fire Rate increases and reductions from most abilities and items are reduced globally by a small amount
Updated various on bullet hit resistance reduction debuffs to apply increased damage for subsequent hits rather than initial hit (similar to the spirit damage proc cases)
Added Dash Speed to the Vitality stat screen

Street Brawl
Street Brawl now has custom balancing for heroes and items. These will be used on occasion as needed. The tooltip will now show a special mark (similar to how Enhanced Items work), where you can see what was changed on that ability.
Selecting the 'Random Hero' option will now grant you a bonus reroll for round 1 and 2
Troopers now have 20% Spirit Resist. During overtime they have an additional 20% Spirit Resist.

Unsecured souls claim period reworked. Previously the way it worked was any unsecured souls you gained were added to a rolling 165s window, where it was divided over that time and given out, with a minimum amount given per second of 1 soul. The new system drains 0.5% (of the remaining souls) + 1.6 (scales with the 8% bounty growth per minute).
Fixed a bug causing AP Rounds to reduce damage on targets with negative resist
When Armor Piercing Rounds Proc's, Plated Armor can no longer stop the Proc'd Bullet.

General
Trooper bounty mechanics have been reworked. The first half of the souls still fly out as deniable orb, however rather than the other half being instantly given to nearby players it will fall to the ground as an orb that you need to get near to pick up. It has a 18m capture radius where it'll travel to you once you get within. Only one player needs to claim it, share rules remain the same as before.
They last for 18s on the ground. Duration increases by 2s per minute up to 40s after 10 minutes.
Enemy orbs are visible as faint colorless soul orbs to your team, but cannot be claimed.
Amount of souls in the flying orb that can be secured/denied reduced from 50% to 40%
Very small tweaks to the secure/deny lag calculation to improve it
Increased trooper range to be considered in range for souls to drop from 35m to 45m
Medic troopers no longer have a passive healing pulse ability
Medic troopers now drop a medic pack when you kill them. Has same pickup range/duration mechanics as the soul orbs on the ground. Heals everyone in a 30m radius for 10% of their missing health as well as 75 plus 2 per minute game time.

Getting damaged during the initial launch window (0.6s) after using a Jump Pad will cause you to be stunned (similar to ziplines having an initial knockoff period). When you are stunned, you will lose control and continue towards the landing destination. The stun will wear off 0.2s after landing, and then a 30% slow for 2s will apply. Damage over time does not trigger this (same damage rules as ziplines).

Applying a CC to an enemy is reduced in duration when affected by other CCs in a short interval. Each previously applied CC reduces the duration by 7% up to a max of 21% over the past 7 seconds. CC is defined as the same set of debuffs that affect Reactive Barrier (stun, sleep, immobilize, tether, etc). Note that abilities that apply multiple things only count as one CC (aka Abrams shoulder charge CC on the grab and the stun, Lash ult grab and stun, etc).

General
Mid Boss HP is now fixed at the spawn time. Base HP increased from 6725 to 12500 and growth reduced from 470 to 200.
Reworked Rejuv reward from Mid Boss. No longer buffs troopers, reduces respawn time and buffs various stats. Upon death, 3 rejuv crystals fall to the ground (4 for subsequent midboss kills). Claiming one now grants you in place revive after 3s. If you already claimed one and claim another, it'll go to an ally (priority is closest allies first, then most recent dead allies). Dying with Rejuv no longer counts as a kill/death nor gives out bounties. While you have the Rejuv buff, you gain the following: +20% Max HP, +20% Fire Rate, and +15% Spirit Damage. Gaining the buff heals you to full and lasts up to 7 minutes.
Meleeing a mantling enemy no longer cancels their mantle, instead it applies 80% movement slow that ramps down to 20% over 2s.
Adding a debuff that makes you climb ropes 40% slower for 4s after you've taken player damage. This debuff only exists when you're on a rope, and tapers off to 0% in the last 1s of the damage window.
Slight reduction to the amount of turning you can do while performing a heavy melee
